If you happen to watch television in the middle of the afternoon, you are always sure to find something on that is entertaining. Of course, your definition of entertaining may be different than somebody else’s definition, but let’s just say that there will be something on that can fill the void. In some cases, it could be watching one of the court shows, such as Judge Judy, and in other cases, it may be watching a soap opera. One interesting type of show that is on in the middle of the afternoon is game shows, and they can be a lot of fun.
There have been many game shows over the years but none of them have been quite as popular as Family Feud. After all, you never quite knew what to expect when you watch the show and sometimes, there will be some very unusual things happening behind the scenes. It really always made you wonder what was actually taking place. A good example of this is the video that you see below. It was from a Family Feud show in 1981 when the Johnson family came up against the McGee family. It seemed like a perfectly normal show, but little did anyone know that it would change Richard Dawson’s life forever.
If you ever had the opportunity to see Richard Dawson on Family Feud, you realize that he got rather friendly with the guests. In fact, he was sometimes criticized for the fact that he kissed every one of the female guests as he introduced himself to them. On this particular show, it included a woman by the name of Gretchen Johnson, who later became his wife.
