Preschooler Hears Favorite Song At Event And Goes Off The Rails

One of the proudest moments of many parents is when they go to a school performance and watch their children singing and dancing. It’s such a delight to watch them as they put on their performance, but sometimes they go above and beyond.

Every child is going to bring something special to an event such as this. Even if a child is unable to perform and they have to leave the stage crying, it still is a moment that is going to be remembered by the parents for many years to come.

In this particular preschool graduation, however, four-year-old Sophia was about to take the stage in an amazing way. Her favorite song from Moana, ‘How Far I’ll Go’ began playing and Sophia showed that she has the skills of a true performer.

Every person in the audience that day was smiling as she showed just how much enthusiasm a four-year-old child can have. Sophia was there to give every ounce of energy she had into the song, which included some animated gestures and lip-synching that would put Britney Spears to shame.

Most of the other children didn’t seem to pay much mind to Sophia but there was one girl behind her that pointed, almost as if to say that she wanted to make sure she got some camera time from her parents.

In the end, the video went viral and Ellen DeGeneres caught wind of it. She was invited to the Ellen Show for an interview and shared her excitement for the moment. She even brought Ellen a drawing of Dori from Finding Nemo.

In Ellen’s fashion, she had a surprise waiting for Sophia. It was a Moana-themed birthday party kit, and Sophia was once again excited.
