A newly released document connected to the Epstein investigation unexpectedly mentions Kyron Horman, the Oregon boy who vanished in 2010. The reference appears only in a single unverified tip that surfaced inside the files, which were recently made public as part of broader records tied to the case.
The document, identified as EFTA01244952, describes an FBI tip that claimed child trafficking activity might have been taking place in Thornhill, Ontario, Canada. According to the report, several cases in the area had been discussed over the years as possibly being connected to something larger.

The tip described what it called an “extensive Day Care/ Adoption ring” operating in Thornhill. It also claimed Jeffrey Epstein had been seen there at some point, with the document noting he was reportedly spotted “with his hair dyed brown,” though the information in the tip itself was never confirmed.
Whoever submitted the report also mentioned several well known missing children cases. Among the names listed were Kyron Horman, Madeleine McCann and Haleigh Cummings, although investigators noted that some of the names in the report were misspelled, raising further questions about the accuracy of the claims.
The same tip went further, suggesting the alleged trafficking network could somehow be tied to money laundering and financial movement connected to what the person described as the “Epstein/Clinton Foundation.” The report claimed the activity was linked to Hillary Clinton’s brother, though no evidence was presented.
Kyron Horman’s name does not appear anywhere else in the files beyond that single anonymous report. Investigators have not indicated that the tip produced any verified connection or evidence related to the Oregon boy’s disappearance or the broader Epstein investigation.

Kyron was last seen on June 4, 2010, at Skyline Elementary School in Portland. The last person known to have been with him was his stepmother, Terri Horman, and despite many searches and years of investigation, the child has never been located and no arrests have been made.
Authorities said in 2025 that the case was being reviewed again with help from the FBI. Kyron’s mother, Desiree Young, later told local media there is no known connection between her son’s disappearance and Epstein, pushing back on speculation that followed the document release.
