If you happen to remember the movie from 1992, My Cousin Vinny, then you likely remember smiling and laughing when seeing it. It’s one of those films that just keeps giving.

Of course, the show is no longer at the theater but you can easily watch it on streaming or you can even purchase it and watch it as many times as possible. Personally, I’ve seen this movie more times than I can remember and I still laugh at the humor in it.

Even though it is been over 30 years since the film had its debut, one of the characters still stands out as being special. Marisa Tomei gave a performance that is unlike any other and the movie just wouldn’t be the same without her.

Actually, there are quite a few surprises that took place on the screen of my cousin Vinny and most people are unaware of it. Many of the people who played in the movie were not written into the script but they became a special part of it.

In addition, the inspiration for the film came from a chance meeting in the 1970s with a bar exam candidate. When the screenwriter met that man, he came up with an idea that we are still enjoying when we watch this movie.

In addition, Joe Pesci was responsible for many of the characters because they were influenced by people in his neighborhood. He was brought up in New Jersey, so he was able to bring an authentic flare to this show.
