The Plastic Wrap Christmas Party Game Will Make Your Christmas Party A Ball Of Fun

We have entered into the Christmas season and as a result, people everywhere are beginning to deck the halls and prepare themselves for another year of festivities. Although there may be many things on your to-do list, it likely includes a party or two. Some may be held in other locations but if you are planning on having a party of your own, you would want to make sure that it was as memorable as possible. This would include playing games, and this saran wrap game is one that you should not overlook.

The Saran wrap game may be simplistic but it is so much fun to play when anyone is around. You probably think of it as being a Christmas game automatically but honestly, you could play this game at any party and have a blast. It’s a challenging game that involves a very large ball of plastic wrap that is filled with as many prizes as you can possibly fit inside. The top prize is best saved for the middle of the ball but you can always throw some in at random as well. If you are feeling especially generous, why not use a $100 bill as the grand prize?

The first step is to fill a ball of plastic wrap. If you want to use a larger ball, you can always use more than one roll of Saran wrap. As you add more gifts, you will need to include more plastic but typically, a 200-foot roll would suffice.

Now is the time to put in the surprises. You can really include anything that is small enough to fit inside but candy and cash are some of the most popular options. Most people include some colorful packets of candy bars or chewing gum to make it look more festive on the outside but as it gets closer to the center, you can add hand sanitizers, Chapstick and many other items.

The most valuable prizes are best left for the middle. You could put in some cash, a gift card or perhaps an ornament.

You also need a pair of dice.

The person who has possession of the ball will unwrap it while the other player rolls the dice and until a double is rolled. When the double is rolled, the dice and the ball will both move to the next person.

While the person is unwrapping the ball, they should unwrap as much as possible and keep every prize they get while doing so. The last person who is holding the ball will get to keep the final prize. This game is loads of fun but as the last few layers are being unwrapped, it can get intense.

The game can be customized, as you will see below. This person used oven mitts in the game to make unwrapping it even harder.

Another way to make the game harder it is to blindfold the person who is doing the unwrapping. You could also wear gloves or mittens to make it more difficult to unwrap the plastic wrap. Using press and seal wrap will really throw your guests a curveball.

This is a lot of fun for everyone and nobody will look at Saran wrap the same way again.

This game makes a fun family tradition but you can also play at work or at any holiday party. There is nothing like getting together as a group and taking on a fun challenge with lots of goodies.
