Only About a Third of People Can Solve This Puzzling Logic Problem

We’re going to put the problem up here again so that you can give it another shot with some clues. Only one of the statements is true, and that should help. That means that the other two statements are false.

Assuming that the statement under the first box is true, that means the other two statements are false. When you check to see if that works, it doesn’t. That’s because the statement under box 2 has to be false. The only solution is that statement three is true, and the car is not in box 1. The solution is that the car is in box 2.
