How many different superstars could you name when it came to famous singers? I’m sure that there are a few who come to your mind very quickly. When you really stop to think about it, however, there may be many others that you don’t often consider. These individuals may have an influence over the music industry or perhaps they may even be able to influence the people who listen to their music. In either case, however, their songs continue to live for many years and often even outlive the artist.
One of the superstars that have certainly had an influence over many of his listeners was Sting. It didn’t matter if he was singing on his or singing with The Police, his music had a unique sound that people seemed to gravitate toward. It’s hard to believe that Sting is now eligible for Social Security. Many of us remember him when he was a younger man and was singing on stage before thousands of loyal fans. As you see from the video in 2013 below, however, he not only still has the ability to sing, he also has the ability to move an audience.
Many people have a birthday party every year and more than likely, they have some cake and maybe some friends over to enjoy a few laughs. That isn’t the case with a superstar, such as Sting. When he was celebrating his 60th birthday, he did it in style.
When you watch the video below, you will see Sting on the stage and suddenly, he is joined by Stevie wonder. As he sings the song, Brand-New Day, Stevie wonder accompanies him on the harmonica. It’s an awesome little concert that we get to see and enjoy, thanks to this video:
