Pink Soars Through the Audience, Suspended over Their Heads as She Sings ‘So What’

The singing sensation known as Pink is a phenomenal entertainer. Not only is she a super-talented singer and songwriter, but she’s also an athletic and acrobatic performer. However, Pink hasn’t always been a rock star. Born Alecia Beth Moore, Pink suffered from severe asthma as a child. Then, when she was only ten years old, her parents started having problems with their marriage and ultimately divorced. One of the reasons she’s able to be so acrobatic in her performances is that she was trained from ages four to 12 as a competitive gymnast. So she’s not just an experienced entertainer flying through the air. She knows what she’s doing.

With Pink, it’s not about stunts. She does this kind of stuff because she can, and it gives her fans a brilliant show. However, Pink is a decorated artist and is one of the world’s best-selling musicians. In her long career, Pink has won three Grammy Awards, a Daytime Emmy Award, two Brit Awards, and seven MTV Video Music Awards. In 2013, she was Billboard’s “Woman of the Year” and VH1 included her on their list of “100 Greatest Women in Music,” ranking her at number 10. Clearly, this lady has it going on in a lot of different areas. She’s also an accomplished actress. Pink started writing poems and songs as a teenager so that she’d have an outlet for her emotions. Her mother says that her early writings were “very introspective.”

Pink’s mother adds that some of her daughter’s writing was “very black, and very deep, almost worrisome.” Pink has never tried to hide her dark side. She says that she was a wild child of sorts and once stated that as a teen, she had “done it all and all at the same time. Pink started her “Beautiful Trauma” tour in March 2018 at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. The tour ended in November 2019 in Austin, Texas. That’s a long tour, but Pink, as always, was up for it. In the end, the “Beautiful Trauma” tour became the second highest-grossing tour in history by a solo female artist. Not only that, but this tour became the 10th highest-grossing tour of all time. It sold more than three million tickets and earned $397.3 million.

In the video below, you can see Pink at her very best, and it’s easy to see why this was such a high-selling tour. This lady brings it 1o0% when she performs.
