The human body is amazing but it times, things may happen that we can’t quite explain. This sometimes happens when spots appear on the skin.
Small red dots may sometimes appear on the skin and it can be a very stressful situation. When we see something that we didn’t see before on our body, we automatically start to think the worst.
In reality, however, there are many different reasons why red dots may appear on the skin. In addition, some will stick around and could require treatment but others will go away if given time.
Some common reasons why red spots appear on the skin include allergic reactions, acne residual mark, vascular birthmarks, skin spots due to angiomas, protein overproduction, heat rash, insect bites, leaking capillaries, as well as autoimmune conditions. That’s quite a list, and many of those issues do not really require any treatment on your part.
Sometimes, you might consider trying a home remedy to treat the spots and make them go away. There are many different plants and herbs that are used for that purpose.
Consider some of these possible remedies if you do see red dots on your skin. If it is of particular concern, you should see your doctor.
Aloe Vera – Apply fresh aloe vera gel on the skin every day two times per day. Leave the gel on your skin for 15 or 20 minutes.
Coconut Oil – Use all natural coconut oil and massage it into the clean skin in the area. If possible, leave the oil on overnight and continue to repeat the process until you see results.
Dandelion – Some people have seen some success removing red dots using dandelion. Boil dandelion root powder in water, strain it, and drink it like tea.
If you notice a change in the red dots or if they grow or change shape, make sure to talk to a doctor. Keep eating a healthy diet to get exercise regularly and you may just find that they are not as much of a problem in the future.
