Video Of Jerry Lewis Dancing The Jitterbug In A 1954 Film

There are certain things that just seem to be a part of our lives from the time that we are born. In fact, we can develop those things as we get older but even before we are taught them, we are able to do them to a certain extent. A good example of this is dancing. Although we may not be ready for Dancing with the Stars when we are only a baby, it is likely that our parents marveled when we started moving to the music as it was playing. It’s a built-in ability that changes over time.

One of the ways that dancing changes is in our ability to grow our skills on the dance floor. We can practice until we understand the moves of a particular dance and if we are talented enough, we may even find that we are performing it in front of others. When it comes to those types of performances, most of us think about the classics, such as the tango or something else that we may see on Dancing with the Stars. As it turns out, however, there are many forms of dance and some of them have passed from the scene but are still awesome to watch.

More than likely, you have heard somebody talk about the way that people used to dance and they typically referred to those days as being the good old days. You may even be in such a category, looking back on olden days of dancing that seem to have disappeared for good. Much of that dancing was captured on film and is still a part of our history. When you see it performed on those movies, it can really make you think about the way things were back then.

In the video below, you see a comedian named Jerry Lewis who was quite famous in the middle of the last century. The video is from a 1954 film and it doesn’t seem as if he is particularly funny in what he does in the video, but there is something that will capture your attention.
