Venom Chili Sauce Is Like Spider Bites And Will Give You Muscle Spasms

Some people just tend to enjoy trying spicy foods and other people would rather have their food relatively bland. If you are one of those individuals that can’t handle any amount of spice, you might want to pass on this opportunity. On the other hand, if you are somebody that loves heat in your food and all the flavor that goes along with it, you might want to accept the challenge.

Most of us who love hot food tend to accumulate hot sauce that adds a tear or two to the flavor of the food. Hot sauce can sometimes even be part of the challenge with some people enjoying it on crackers, just so they can feel the burn. Then again, there are other types of burns that we would rather avoid, such as the burn you would feel if you were bitten by a spider.

Spicy food can add a punch to your evening and if you are particularly daring, you might want to show your stuff on social media.

Some people are going on YouTube to show how many jalapenos or other chili peppers they could eat in a sitting. Some were successful, others, not so much.

There are so many different types of hot sauce, you might have a difficult time choosing the one that you really like. Some of them can be rather bland, such as Tabasco sauce (if you want to call it bland) but a true hot sauce will have an unusual name, such as Death Sauce or Mad Dog.

There is a new sauce that is now on the shelves and it is perhaps the most interesting option we have ever heard of. It promises to make all of the other hot sauces pale in comparison because you will be sweating profusely and foaming at the mouth.

Most hot sauces take their inspiration from the chili pepper but this hot sauce takes things to the next level. It was designed to provide an identical sensation to being bitten by a venomous spider.

The science behind the sauce causes the sensation of a spider bite when the sauce is eaten. In particular, it is the Trinidad Chevron Tarantula, and if you are bitten by one of those spiders, you might have burning pain and muscle spasms.

After all, don’t we all want muscle spasms when we eat?

The name of the sauce is “Scientific Steve’s Venom Chili Sauce” although it was designed to mimic the spider bite, there is no venom in the sauce itself. The creator of the sauce is Stephen Trim and he says it is the best they can manage without tasting venom.

He laughed at the concept at first but was surprised when it was actually a hit.

“I laughed it off at the time and said it was hilarious to do. Nobody has been foolish enough to try the venom. But we kept bringing it up when we bumped into each other over the year. We finally hit on the idea of doing a synthetic inspired sauce.”

You can actually buy it online now for £6.50. Are you ready to try it?
