Many of us take the time to go off to work in the morning and we expect to do the job that we are assigned every day. In many cases, there is no deviation from what is considered to be a normal day and we might just go to work and do what we do all the other days of the week. It doesn’t matter if it is dealing with the public or working in a factory, we expect things to stick with the status quo, but that isn’t always the case. There may be times when we are asked to go above and beyond in what we have to offer. When we do so, we may just find that we are helping other people as well as helping yourself.
When a young girl lost her mother, she knew that it was going to be a very difficult road ahead of her. As young children, we depend upon our mothers for so many different things but suddenly, this girl found herself in a situation where she had to care for herself in so many different ways. One of the issues that she found she was facing was taking care of her hair. It tended to be a little unruly and the father, who was overwhelmed with the entire situation even decided to give her a crew cut at one point. It was humiliating to this little girl but bit by bit, she learned how to take care of her own hair.
That is where a helpful bus driver comes in. The little girl would get on the bus every morning and she started to notice what was taking place around her. The bus driver is also a mother and she understands the need to care for children, even when they aren’t able to care for themselves. The little girl noticed that the bus driver was combing another girl’s hair so she approached her and asked her if she would also take care of her hair.
To her surprise, the bus driver was completely willing to comb her hair every day. They now stop at school to drop off the kids but the bus driver doesn’t drop off the little girl. She now stays on the bus to have her hair done and she can feel very good with her hairstyle when she steps off the bus to go to school. Watch more for yourself in the following video:
