Sweet Little Native Boy Steals The Show With His Authentic And Adorable Pow-Wow

Martina Desjarlais is a native Canadian and she’s very proud of her heritage. She is raising her children so that they also have the same sense of pride that she feels about their culture. She taught them from a very young age to have that appreciation and she shows it through the traditional dance, song and other factors that make them a unique people. When you look at her young son, Albert, you will see that he has a talent for dancing.

The mother posted this video online and it has gone viral. It will only take a moment of watching the video yourself to see why this video has done so well. Not only is it absolutely cute to watch, it shows you just what a child is able to do when they have the proper guidance from their parents. This is his first traditional dance, so it is more than cute, it is authentic.

Before we begin talking about the dance, it’s a good idea to have an idea of what this child brings to the table. When you look at him, you will see that he was born to be on video and he shows that this powwow in Camrose, Alberta, Canada was the place that he needed to be.

Prior to the time that Albert danced this traditional dance at his first powwow, his mother had him practicing. The practice took place in a closed and concealed environment but it only took a moment before she began seeing him moving along with the best dancers out there. He watched what was taking place at first but it didn’t take long before he jumped in with both feet.

After he showed his skill at these dance moves, it was time to fit him with some of the traditional clothing. They chose this option, and we think it is perfect.

Finally, Albert was able to take the center stage in front of everyone. When they saw him dancing, however, nobody could’ve expected all of the cuteness that would ooze out of every pore. Although it was cute, he was absolutely dancing to perfection in his own way.

This mother has really done her part to pass along her appreciation for her heritage. We hope we get to see more from Albert again soon. You can watch the cutest dance in this video:
