Taylor Swift has certainly been in the news in recent months. Not only is she known as one of the more popular pop singers in today’s world, she is also known as a football fan.
Despite the fact that she shows up at a lot of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce’s games, it doesn’t necessarily mean that they are able to spend every moment together. In fact, his mother, Donna said that they would not be spending Thanksgiving together.
According to a report on the Today Show, the 34-year-old singer, who just added an additional six Grammy nominations to her repertoire is not likely to attend the family celebration this Turkey Day.
When asked about Taylor’s plans, Donna responded: “I don’t think so. She’s kind of busy right now. She still has her tour to do.”
When they asked if she would be hosting a big dinner for the family, she said: “Not that anything’s planned. I think we’re just going to be at the football game.”
In the meantime, Taylor is on her international Eras Tour, which doesn’t end until December. Donna was able to go to the tour in Miami last month along with her oldest son, Jason, who is retired from the Philadelphia Eagles. Jason’s wife and their two oldest daughters also attended.
Just because they aren’t able to spend Thanksgiving together doesn’t mean that there is trouble in paradise. When he was asked about their relationship, Travis said they were ‘absolutely happy.’
Even Stevie Nicks was interested in their relationship, saying that she hoped they ‘fall deeper and deeper in love and ride off into the sunset.’
She went on to say: “He does his thing and she does her thing, and then they come back together and get married and have babies if she wants that. I just want all of that for her.”
I think we all feel the same.
