‘Reindeer’ Dance Recital Makes The Audience Giggle

There are certain things that we look forward to every year and when they happen, they can make us smile from ear to ear. Some of them include Christmas traditions and it doesn’t matter if it is February or July, we know that they are going to be coming our way when December rolls around. Many of those traditions involve our children and we enjoy watching them take up those traditions that we might have had passed down from our parents and grandparents.

One tradition that is treasured by many families are some of the performances that happen with the kids. It could be a Christmas play at school or perhaps just a fun song that they sing with us on Christmas eve. In any case, it is always fun to watch them because they are so cute. Nobody knows this better than Vince Mora. He filmed his daughter, Emelynn as she put on a performance at school that is sure to make you smile. His daughter, along with the other cute dancers would do something that would make the audience remember the day that they saw it for years to come.

His daughter dances with Rowe Dance Academy and they put on a Christmas concert, complete with a dance to ‘Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer’. They are dressed so cute as they wait on the stage for the music to begin. Once it does get started, the audience instantly falls in love.

The girls start by squatting behind the ribbon but it isn’t long after the music starts before they are dancing their way into everyone’s heart.

They pop up to dance when the lyrics sing the names of the reindeer.

“You know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen, Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen. But do you recall the most famous reindeer of all?”

They point to their noses, stomp their feet and put on a great performance.

“Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer had a very shiny nose and if you ever saw it you would even say it glows.”

When the song talks about the other reindeer not letting Rudolph play in their games, they shake their fingers.

“All of the other reindeer used to laugh and call him names. They never let poor Rudolph join in any reindeer games.”

You can hear the audience laughing as they continue their cute performance.

I wouldn’t say that they did a perfect job of sticking with the performance but even when they are missing a move, they are adorable.

When they got to the part of the song that Rudolph saved Christmas, they hugged themselves.

“Then how the reindeer loved him as they shouted out with glee, ‘Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, You’ll go down in history.’”

There was one point where they all did their own thing but you could tell that they put a lot of work into learning this dance. Not only that, they did a wonderful job.
