Mashita is the youngest of the children born to Peggy Lipton and Quincy Jones. She was born in Los Angeles in 1976 and grew up in Bel Air. Despite the fact that they were a well-to-do family, there were still some issues.

Some of the issues occurred because her parents were of different races. This is fairly commonplace today but in the 1970s, it was not looked favorably upon by many people.

Despite the fact that they had that difficulty, she said that they made sure that Rashida had all of the self-confidence she needed. She even said that she got the best of her father because she spent a lot of time with him, unlike her older siblings.

The actress explained that this way: “My dad was a different parent to each one of them. I think my older sister would say he was never around. I have siblings who grew up in Sweden, when my dad and their mom got divorced, and they came to live with us.”

Kidada it is Rashida’s older sister, and she had a difficult time as a child. By the time she was 15, she had been kicked out of 11 schools but when she started working with Tommy Hilfiger at the age of 19, things changed for her.

In a number of industries over the years, including acting and modeling. She also worked for some higher end magazines, including Vogue.

One of Rashida’s older sisters, Martina, was raised in Sweden after Quincy divorced her mother in 1975. She came back to the United States and studied dance in her later years but eventually, became a model.

Rashida has an older sibling named Rachel who was born in 1963. Rachel is the only one of Rashida’s siblings who did not go into the entertainment industry. She decided to take care of animals instead.

In 1999, Rachel earned her veterinary degree and opened an animal hospital in Los Angeles.

Jolie is her eldest sibling she got started modeling but eventually, began singing and writing. She had a passion for activism, which she pursued. This included bringing attention to people being exposed to radio frequencies, such as what we get from Wi-Fi routers and our smartphones.
