Person Of Interest In Matthew Perry’s Death Probe Has Been Identified

There has been a lot of focus on the death of Matthew Perry. Not only was it shocking when it happened, but a recent police investigation has turned up a person of interest and now that person has been identified.

The investigation into Matthew Perry’s death has attracted a person of interest, who happens to be Brooke Mueller. She is the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, and the police have questioned her a number of times.

According to some reports, Mueller struck up a friendship with Perry when they were in rehab together. Unfortunately, that friendship ended when Perry was found dead in his hot tub in Los Angeles on October 28, 2023.

High levels of ketamine were found in the body according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner. He was taking part in a ketamine infusion therapy to treat depression and anxiety but had not had a treatment in the week before he died at the age of 54.

The police are considering Brooke Mueller to be a person of interest. At this point, she is being questioned by the police and they have seized her laptop and iPhone. She wasn’t arrested, but she has asked for legal counsel.

“She’s hired lawyers and has had multiple meetings with law enforcement since they arrived at her sober living house with a search warrant. She’s being tight-lipped about the situation,” according to an insider. “It’s tough to say or know exactly what her role is [in Matthew’s death], but she’s adamant she had nothing to do with that.”

The friendship that developed between Perry and Mueller was not expected. They were in a rehab at the same time and had a lot of ties in the acting community. They ended up leaning on each other for support.

According to documents, Mueller will be providing her attorney with information about all her past drug dealers, which would remain confidential. She also is undergoing weekly drug testing.

As law enforcement continues to look into this case, there may be additional individuals who have to face charges. It will be interesting to see where this one goes.
