A passenger named Flea was shocked during a recent flight when he noticed a couple getting extremely close across a row of seats. He shared photos online and captioned them: “Can’t believe my view on the plane. It was like this the whole four-hour flight,” clearly frustrated by what he saw the entire time.
The images showed the couple stretched across three seats, barefoot and wrapped around each other in a spooning position. One photo showed the woman’s bare foot resting on a tray table, while another captured them making a heart shape with their hands like they were posing.

In another image, the man had one bare foot on the floor while the woman lay on top of him, taking up space across the row. Their feet stuck out into the aisle, which seemed to bother Flea just as much as the intimacy itself.
Once the photos were posted, many people online reacted negatively to the couple’s behavior. Most of the criticism focused on them being barefoot and spreading across multiple seats, with some asking why a flight attendant never stepped in.

Others said the situation looked unsafe and distracting, and a few people joked about how long the relationship might last. Some compared it to overly affectionate couples from school days who blocked hallways and annoyed everyone else.
The incident added fuel to an ongoing debate about airplane etiquette, similar to recent arguments over feet on seats and unusual seatbelt use. Moments like these continue to spark strong opinions whenever passengers push the limits of shared space while flying.
