Many of us go on Netflix to watch shows but it is more than that. We are also looking for something epic so that we can binge-watch it and maybe find something to keep us up all night.
Now that Netflix users have found a series entitled The 100, they feel as if they have found the perfect addition to their watching schedule. It is a sci-fi, post-apocalyptic drama and it is really something that will take you on an adventure.
The 100 spans seven seasons and, as you might imagine, has 100 different episodes. It starts 97 years after the nuclear apocalypse wipes out life on Earth and people live on a space station, dubbed Ark to live.
Eventually, the life support systems on board the space station start to fail and a group of people are sent back to Earth to try to figure out if it can ever be inhabited again. There are many stars on the show, including Eliza Taylor (Quantum Leap), Thomas McDonell, (Prom) Bob Morley (Love Me), Marie Avgeropoulos (Tracers) and Devon Bostick (Diary of a Wimpy Kid).
The show first came out in 2013 and was over in 2020 but it wasn’t until later that it became available on Netflix. Ever since it showed up on the streaming platform, people have been excited about it.
With a 93% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and the backing of many hard-core fans, you can’t help but want to watch it for yourself. In fact, I would suggest that you clear your weekend for one of the greatest binges you have had in a long time.
