Perhaps you know Mike Rowe from his part on the show, Dirty Jobs. He had recently taken an Uber to the airport but was disappointed with the high price that was charged. That is when he decided to get a Lyft driver for the next ride.
After Mike ordered the Lyft to go to the airport, a red truck showed up. He could tell that the man who owned the truck was a worker, and there were plenty of tools and lumber that were in the back of the truck. Mike knew it was going to be a great trip.
He started chatting with the driver, who was also called Mike. He found out that he is more than just a part-time driver, he is also a builder who makes teardrop campers by hand.
His company, Pretty Good Campers did some business but it certainly wasn’t full-time for the builder. That is where Mike came in because he shared the story about the driver on Facebook and his business went viral.
Undoubtedly, this was a special moment for both of them. Mike had the opportunity to do a good deed, and his driver, Mike, walked away from the experience with a booming business.
