In the clip, you see a woman sitting in the bleachers of a football stadium and there is steam coming off of her head. It was recently shared by a social media user on TikTok, and they got people started on a discussion about menopause.
The reason why the woman was steaming was because she was having a hot flash. This occurs in some women as they age and experience menopause, which is essentially the end of their reproductive years. Hot flashes are a common symptom.
