You really need to be cautious when you are a celebrity. It seems like everybody is trying to get a piece of you, and sometimes they may even succeed.
Something interesting happened to Louis Tomlinson when he was signing autographs. The former One Direction star saw what was happening but he decided to ignore it and he just may have paid the price.
When you think about celebrities such as Tomlinson, there are many women who are interested in getting to know him on a personal level. Some would even be willing to marry him, and it seems as if one fan almost succeeded.
It all started when Tomlinson was on tour with his ‘Faith in the Future’ album. He had been performing at various venues around the world and would often sign autographs at those events.
In this particular instance, he was in Jakarta and a female fan came up to get his autograph. The problem is, that she tried to sneak something by him and is now claiming that they are married because of his signature.
This was more than a fan, she was actually a well-known social media user who posted videos on TikTok regularly. She shared insight on the video and said: “So I just got back from ‘Faith in the Future’ in Jakarta, and I lost my voice because I was having fun, I was having so much fun.
“And I went there as a single woman, right? I don’t have any boyfriend, I don’t have any fiancée or something like that, but I got back from there as a married woman.
“I’m a married woman. I’m married to Louis Tomlinson. I’m his lawfully wedded wife.”
You may be wondering how she was able to achieve this unusual goal. When she had him sign his autograph, she had him sign it on a marriage certificate that included a picture of her and Tomlinson.
When he looked at it, he did have an idea that it was an unusual sheet of paper and he even asked her: “What’s this, some kind of declaration of marriage, is it?”
The singer may not have imagined himself entering into matrimony on that day, but he did sign the document and then joked that he would have to return to Jakarta more frequently if his ‘wife’ wanted him to do so.
The fan went on to explain: “I did not go to the meet and greet but my friend did, and my friend asked him ‘are you going to go back to Jakarta’, and he answered ‘if my wife wants to’, after he signed this.
“I’m his wife, are you kidding me?”
It seems like a dream come true and she may be happy, but marriages in Indonesia require a ceremony in order to be officially recognized. I wonder how we could accomplish that!
