The Rolling Stones have been entertaining those fond of rock music for many years. Although they had been most popular back in the 60s, they were still rocking in 2012 before a large audience.
It was in 2012 that the Rolling Stones were performing at the Prudential Center in New Jersey and they were even releasing a new album. That concert was to promote the album and it had a collection of their greatest hits included.
We can only imagine how amazing it must’ve been to sit in the audience and listen to such an epic rock band sing some of their best songs of all time. The evening was about to take a turn, however, and nobody expected it.
It happened during the opening chorus of ‘Gimme Shelter’ and the crowd was amazed with what they were hearing. They were on their feet and cheering when suddenly, Lady Gaga appeared and stepped out to join the band.
Mick Jagger may be older, but he still has a lot of energy and he has been on the stage performing for over 60 years. He has a lot of intensity, but Lady Gaga was up to the task and she matched his energy, doing some fantastic dance moves while wearing platform heels.
Although people were there to see the Rolling Stones and Mick Jagger, they couldn’t help but comment on how amazing Lady Gaga was. As it turns out, she was only one of the artists who would join them on stage that evening.
