Robert F Kennedy Jr, who serves as the US health secretary, recently shared his thoughts on Donald Trump’s eating habits, and he did not hold back. He said that when Trump is traveling, his diet is mostly made up of what he called really bad food, especially junk food that most people would avoid.
Kennedy made the comments during a podcast appearance, where the topic turned to unusual eating habits. He explained that Trump’s choices on the road are not random, and that security concerns play a role in what he eats while traveling.

According to Kennedy, Trump prefers food from large, well-known companies because he trusts those products more. He said Trump does not want to get sick while on the road, and believes sticking to familiar brands lowers that risk, even if the food itself is not healthy.
Kennedy described what it is like to travel with Trump, saying that watching his eating habits can be shocking. He said that if you travel with him, you get the sense that Trump is pumping himself full of poison all day long, yet somehow keeps going.
He went on to say that it is hard to understand how Trump is even walking around, let alone maintaining such high energy. Kennedy said Trump is one of the most energetic people he has ever met, which makes his diet even more puzzling.

When asked directly who has the most unusual eating habits, Kennedy did not hesitate. He said it was the president, and added, “I don’t know how he’s alive, but he is.”
Despite those remarks, Kennedy also made it clear that Trump’s diet is not always like that. He said that when Trump is at his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida or staying at the White House, his eating habits improve.
Kennedy said Trump usually eats pretty good food in those settings and described him as being in incredible health. He even joked that Trump seems to have the constitution of a deity, given how well he holds up.
