Kelly Clarkson is known for her wonderful singing voice but she is also known as a talented talk show host. At times, she might even combine to two, and that is something we see here.
Garth Brooks was on The Kelly Clarkson Show on December 14 and they would join their voices together for a special performance. They would sing the song ‘Shallow’, which was originally performed by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper in the acclaimed film A Star Is Born.
This was a special performance because Garth Brooks had also sang this song with his wife, Trisha Yearwood. He was on the Kelly Clarkson Show to promote his new album, Fun, which features that Duet.
Since Yearwood was not able to be on the show with her husband, Clarkson stepped up to the plate and sang the impromptu duet. Their voices blended together so beautifully and it really showed the emotion behind the song.
This was also not the first time he had performed this song. Garth Brooks has sang it with Yearwood during his Facebook Live series earlier in 2024.
