When the subject of Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori comes up, we often expect to see something that is not safe for work. Recently, however, the rapper revealed that his wife was responsible, in part, for helping him realize he has autism.
47-year-old Kayne West sat down with Justin Laboy on his podcast to discuss the rapper’s life and how he creates his music. During the conversation, he spoke about his wife, Bianca, whom he married after divorcing Kim Kardashian.
It seems as if Bianca talked him into getting a second opinion regarding his mental health. He said: “My wife took me because she said, ‘Something about your personality doesn’t feel like it’s bipolar, I’ve seen bipolar before.
“And come to find out, it’s really a case of autism that I have.” He then compared his condition to what was seen in the film, and Rain Man.
Kardashian spoke about how he avoids taking medication when he has an episode because it could have an impact on his creative ability.
“I watch for it beforehand, but other times it was just like, if you get to the point where it goes, you’re gonna stay in that position for a while. It might go for three days, four days a week,” he said.
He also said that his episodes are often triggered by the constant feeling of ‘not being in control.’
This came just a few days after he and his wife hit the red carpet and made quite a stir with her transparent dress.
