The Internet has given the opportunity for many youngsters with incredible talent to display that talent to the world. That includes Jadyn Rylee, a 17-year-old girl from Canada who has close to 400,000 subscribers on YouTube.
Jadyn was born on February 14, 2006, and her parents told her that she began singing when she was only two years old. She learned a Miley Cyrus hit, The Climb when she was three years old and her family knew that she was destined for greatness.
She often performs on her own but in the video we have for you below, she performed along with Sina, who is known for their drumming abilities. They chose to cover the song, ‘Sound of Silence’ and used the version by Disturbed.
Since posting the video, it has been viewed over 29 million times and is still growing very quickly.
Jadyn had the backing of her parents who knew that she had an incredible amount of talent. They found a vocal coach, but they weren’t able to find schools that would work with someone so young. Eventually, they found a coach that worked with her at the age of six.
They worked together for two years to develop her talent and then she started working with a new coach. She got her YouTube channel started in 2015 at the age of nine and is busy covering many famous songs, many of which get millions of views.
Something else interesting about Jadyn is that she is a Mini Pop Kid. As a part of that teen group, they toured Canada to sing and make television commercials. She seems to be doing quite well.
Eventually, she would fly to Nashville to work with a singer and songwriter who also produces for Big Matador Records. Her first album was then put out, Voice of Change.
Jadyn continues to have success, even winning the Female Vocalist of the Year at the Josie Music Awards in 2019. We look forward to seeing more of what she has to offer.
