In many countries around the world, October 31 is a day when you dress up in a costume and have a good time. It isn’t a national holiday in the United States and we don’t get a day off of work, but that doesn’t stop people from dressing up in strange ways and going out for the evening.
One person who is well-known for the Halloween costumes they wear is Heidi Klum. Over the years, she has shown up as the strangest things, including a 95-year-old version of herself, the forbidden fruit, and a cadaver body that has been cut open.
Quite simply, you never quite know what Klum is going to be wearing from one year to the next, and she always tries to outdo herself. Last year, she said that her costume ‘needed to be more magical than in the years past’ because of the pandemic.
When you see what she dressed up as in 2024, you might wonder how she is ever going to top it. She dressed up as a movie character, which is not all that unusual, but considering the subject matter, it was awesome.
She dressed up as E.T., the alien from the 1982 movie starring Drew Barrymore.
On October 31, Klum released information that teased the costume on Instagram. She shared pictures of the prosthetics and a video of herself in the costume, but you can only see her face on the camera. It’s difficult to tell what the rest of the costume was.
She says: “We have begun, we have begun.” The designer of the costume, Mike Marino said that it would be about six more hours. She must really love the holiday to spend that much time getting ready.
Before long, she was walking the red carpet together with Tom Kaulitz as two extraterrestrials. They were getting ready for an Annual Halloween Party at The Venue on Music Row in New York.
After posting its final product, people could not believe what she had done. They were happy to see she had made Halloween epic yet once again.
