Seagulls are birds that exist in many different parts of the world. They are often known as nuisance birds, but sometimes they take on a personality that makes them truly unique.
This includes one seagull that is terrorizing a town in the UK. His appetite for food is insatiable, and locals have become fearful for any food they may have in their hands.
Locals have named the seagull Greg, and he has been hanging around the streets of Bournemouth. More specifically, he can often be found outside of Greggs bakery, where he will steal the warm pastries of those who venture outside.
It isn’t just sweet pastries that Greg enjoys, he also seems to love steak and sausage rolls. He has quite a reputation in the area, with many locals speaking of the interactions they have had with him.
One local said that Greg had flown down at him and started attacking his head. He said that a woman was attacked for her sandwich and Greg cut her head open.
Another woman claimed to have been attacked for her sausage, bean, and cheese melts. She said, “I saw his shadow and I felt his wings beat on the back of my neck.”
She didn’t necessarily want to say that it was Greg who committed the crime. The reporter also chimed in as well, saying it could be ‘quite libelous’ to make such an assumption.
The woman also gave some advice to others, saying that you should clutch your food. She drove her point home by repeating: “Clutch it!”

Some of the residents have taken a different stance, saying that the seagulls were there first. Regardless, they are warning those in the area to be wary of any seagulls that are gliding down from above to steal your warm pastries.
