Dawn French Is Brilliantly Funny In The 2024 Marks & Spencer Ad

As the Christmas season is approaching, it’s time for some of the interesting things that happen every year. This includes some that we really look forward to, such as the Marks & Spencer Christmas ad.

Marks & Spencer is releasing their 2024 Christmas ad and it includes Dawn French again as the Christmas fairy. This is part of a six-part ad series that launched in November, and we are so excited to watch it.

French will be on the screen in this unique commercial along with the CGI fairy that uses her voice. We see French as she is already tired and fed up with all of the holiday festivities.

Despite the fact that she may be a little grumpy, she still was able to get some party food ready for Christmas with the neighborhood, thanks to some help from her fairy friend. She even manages to get the house decorated.

French spoke about the honor, saying: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be fluttering back as fairy this Christmas, and oh my wings, do we have a plot twist for you. Let’s just say, fairy meeting Dawn herself was quite the moment.”

Each of the installments of the ad includes highlights of the ‘best ever’ Christmas foods. There are also a number of adverts that cover everything from dessert to party food and even treats for bringing in the new year.

Each of the ads will be released on a weekly basis, with each revealing more about the Christmas theme. This would include some unusual novelties like the Santa’s Workshop Light-Up Tin.

The director for food marketing, Sharry Cramond said: “Last year, our fairy added something truly magical to Christmas, and this year, we’re thrilled to take it to the next level, with Dawn French herself joining the fun alongside her fairy character.

“We’re always looking to push creative boundaries, and we believe this year’s campaign will leave our customers smiling and feeling super inspired. To top it off, we’re honoured to feature the incredible Katherine Jenkins, adding even more festive magic to our screens.”
