Can You Find the Astonishing Error in This Image?

When I was a kid growing up in a suburb of New Orleans, Louisiana, I loved to read. Because of this, one of my favorite school activities every week was going to the school library on Wednesdays. There were tons of fun things to do at the library if you liked to read, and one of those things was reading a magazine called “Highlights for Children.” The magazine, usually referred to as just “Highlights,” was started in June of 1946 by a married couple named Garry Cleveland Myers and Caroline Clark Myers. They were from Pennsylvania, which is where the editorial office is still located.

The magazine is still in publication and it’s chock full of fun short stories, science articles, and puzzles. One of my favorite puzzles was the one where there was something wrong with the image. That’s what we have here. Can you figure out what’s wrong with the image below?
