Christine Quinn is just like any other woman who is planning her wedding, except she is planning it with a huge heart. She asked her 89-year-old grandmother, Nana Betty, to be one of her bridesmaids at her wedding. As it turns out, Nana Betty was the life of the party!
Quinn says that she had the entire wedding party laughing with plenty of funny comments and wisdom throughout the day. She enjoys a close relationship with her grandmother, who loved the experience and danced the entire night away.
Nana Betty told Quinn that you are only as old as you feel and according to her, “I feel young today.”
“She asked me about 10 times, ‘Are you sure?’ and ‘Why would you want an old lady in your bridal party?’”
