63-Year-Old Carol Vorderman Shows Off Stunning Bod In New Pictures

If you’ve ever looked at someone and wondered how they were able to maintain their youthful look and great figure, then you may have been looking at Carol Vorderman. She has been able to maintain herself quite nicely and at 63, she continues to surprise many.

There seems to be a secret as to why Carol Vorderman has been able to maintain her great figure and energy. She says that it is the fact that she maintains her confidence, keeps healthy habits, and eats plenty of sprouts.

Now, the former Countdown host is sharing her secrets about her lifestyle, including the snacks that she carries every day to maintain her fitness level.

In speaking with Saga Magazine, she jokingly said: “I wear a good bra and jeans that hold you up.” She also said that she only eats one meal a day, typically late in the afternoon.

When it comes to snacking, she carries sprouts with her and munches on them throughout the day. She says that they keep her satisfied and healthy.

Despite the fact that she has a great-looking figure, she still admits that she hasn’t been feeling at the top of her game recently. She had a busy writing schedule recently and a knee injury kept her away from the gym. She still continues to push forward as much as possible.

She said: “I don’t give a toss about what people say about how I look. I’m at a point in life where I couldn’t care less about what others think of me.”

She includes weight training in her fitness routine and she says that it keeps her strong. She also highlighted that a personal trainer has pushed her limits considerably. Carol also shares her workouts with her fans online, which is likely inspiring to her and others.

There is plenty of speculation as to how she keeps a great-looking figure but she says that cosmetic enhancements are not a part of it. “I can assure you, I haven’t had any bottom implants,” she quipped. “It’s the same natural shape—just the Vorderman family rear. It’s a family trait.”

As far as her eating is concerned, she doesn’t hold anything back when it comes to this and there are no secrets. She got rid of her scales in 1999 and focuses on how she feels rather than how much she registers on the scale. She eats unprocessed meals, detoxes every six months, and indulges herself occasionally as well.

She said: “It’s not about counting calories. It’s about being mindful of what we’re consuming and focusing on eating more, not less.”

She regularly goes to retreats where she will detox and admits that she dropped a dress size in 2022. During that time she said: “I’m bursting with energy. I haven’t fit into these shorts in years, and now they’re too loose. Boom!”

Despite that, she still doesn’t hold back when it comes to occasionally eating a great breakfast, including bacon and fresh eggs.
