Dancing is a universal gift and it is something that we can do from the time we are very young. Some people even grow up to dance well enough that they can entertain others.
That certainly is the case with the group of young women that we have in the video for you today. If you’ve never seen Irish dancing, then you are about to see it in an amazing way.
Most people are familiar with Irish dancing, especially considering the popularity of Riverdance. When we see it and hear the music playing along with it, we can’t help but envision everything that is Irish. It’s an amazing form of entertainment.
In this video, however, they chose a song with an energetic beat that went along with a Kevin Bacon movie in 1984. Footloose is a Kenny Loggins song, but it has become a classic and I think everybody knows it.
As these young girls are dancing together, it’s easy to see that they have dedicated a lot of time to improving their skills. The faster the song goes, the faster they go and everything is expertly timed and coordinated perfectly.
It isn’t just the fact that they can dance beautifully, they also seem to be enjoying themselves, judging by the huge smiles on their faces. They dance in a number of areas, including public spaces and private places but in any case, it’s a wonderful thing to see.
Undoubtedly, a lot of time went into the choreography behind this wonderful video. It’s exciting and it’s little wonder that it has racked up somebody tens of thousands of views.
