If there’s one thing we learned about talented people over the past several decades, it’s the fact that you don’t have to have a lot of experience in order to have a lot of ability. We have seen some very young individuals on talent shows and the Internet that outshine many older people.
One person who has been making waves, even though he is only 14 years old is Damian McGinty. Not only does he have some awesome abilities, he even had the opportunity to take the lead on Celtic Thunder’s live performance of ‘A Bird without Wings’. Between the music playing in the backup, it was truly incredible.
One of the people who was backing up young Damian was George Donaldson, the principal singer for Celtic Thunder. He provided some additional music for the young singer, but it was the blending of the two voices that really lifted things up to another level.
It’s unusual to see someone who is so talented at such a young age, and only being 14 years old, it really provides him with the atmosphere he needs to continue to grow.
