4-year old Abby and her cat Baily had been together ever since she was a newborn baby. Bailey had been a beloved member of Abby’s family for 14 years, and she was especially close to young Abby as they shared an extraordinary bond.
Abby even loves singing and reading to her orange tabby. And of course, Bailey understands every word purrfectly.

Sadly, the video below is the last time Abby would sing to Bailey before her furry best friend would cross life’s rainbow bridge. Just hours after this heartfelt scene was filmed, Bailey passed away from kidney failure.
Here are Abby and Baily one last time.
When Baily passed away right before Christmas, Bailey and her younger sister Hannah received endless love and support in the form of cards and gifts from people all over the world.
“In a world where you hear a lot of the negative, you’re seeing right here some of the positive. Thank you to all who sent cards, they loved opening them. You made this difficult time a little easier,” Abby’s mother said.
But despite Bailey’s passing her memory will continue to live on in their hearts, and she will never be forgotten. May you rest in peace, Bailey.
