There is an old saying that ‘laughter is the best medicine’ so many of us try to laugh at any opportunity. That being said, laughter is also something that is very contagious. After all, when was the last time you were in a theater where somebody had one of those special laughs that just caught you off guard and the more they would laugh, the more you would laugh. The same phenomenon can also be seen when a baby laughs. There is nothing that could make you feel better and it’s impossible not to laugh along with them.
The funny thing about laughing is that it does not always happen at the most appropriate times. In fact, we may even find that we are laughing uncontrollably when we should actually be showing any other emotion. When you start laughing at one of those inappropriate times, however, it’s very difficult to stop and you might find that you just continue to laugh, long after other people have stopped. It can happen to any of us, and apparently, it could also happen to Richard Dawson. It will become painfully evident to you when you see the following video.
Richard Dawson was the host of one of the most popular game shows of all time, Family Feud. He had a rather unusual personality but that may have lent to the show’s popularity. At the end of the show, two of the family members from the winning team are picked to answer five questions and they are then scored according to their answers.
The woman in this video was asked what month a woman starts showing that she is pregnant and her answer was, ‘September’. I’ll agree that it was an amusing answer but for some reason or another, it struck Richard Dawson funny and he just couldn’t stop laughing. Watch it for yourself in the following video.
