Man Brings Out An Old Typewriter To ‘Play’ Along With A Full Orchestra

Music is something that can touch our lives in so many different ways. Perhaps one of the ways that are often overlooked, however, has to do with the type of music that is not the most popular. When you have the opportunity to enjoy it, however, you may just find that it has more to offer than any other type of music out there. I’m talking about classical music and what you may or may not realize is that the songs that are considered classical music have sometimes been around for hundreds of years.

Of course, not everybody is going to appreciate sitting and listening to an orchestra and they may feel as if the audience is rather stuffy for their taste. That being said, there is also some room for a little bit of humor in classical music as well. You don’t see it very often but when you do see it, it can be rather interesting to watch. That is what these people experienced who showed up at a classical music concert and expected to see an orchestra probably on their own but they saw them playing with a typewriter as the lead.

For those of you who may not have been around any more than 20 years, a typewriter was essentially a computer that people used to put words on paper. They don’t use them very often anymore if ever, because computers are much more convenient and they provide tools that allow us to communicate effectively.

For those of you who are familiar with typewriters, then you will appreciate the humor behind this video. It shows a man bringing out a typewriter to play with an orchestra. As the orchestra was playing away in the background, and it was a song that is familiar to many of us, the typewriter is keeping time. It’s a humorous twist to a sometimes serious type of music.
