Jimmy Fallon and Channing Tatum Play Over-The-Top Teenage Valley Girls In Hysterical ‘Ew’ Skit

Teenagers are a trip. When I was growing up, it was just my brother and me, so we had a whole different experience from my friends who grew up in households that had sisters. We rough-housed a lot and were constantly in trouble. I always got the blame because I was the oldest, but that’s OK because at least half the time, it was my fault and I was the instigator. OK, maybe a little more than half. However, when I got married and had a ready-made family with a step-son and step-daughter, I was in for a surprise. Girls don’t really rough-house the way boys do, but they have their own kind of drama, you could say. I was always amazed at how different my step-daughter acted around her friends. She was a good bit different than she was around, just the family. My wife said this was totally normal and that the girls were largely influenced by what they saw on television.

Channing Tatum may be one of Jimmy Fallon’s best guests on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” The Magic Mike star has been acting since 2000 when he was cast as a dancer in the “She Bangs” music video for singer Ricky Martin. He was paid $400 for the job, a far cry from his current net worth of $40 million. He became a model for clients like Abercrombie & Fitch and Armani and eventually moved into TV commercials for companies like Pepsi and Mountain Dew. He later became a sought-after model, modeling for some of the biggest names in fashion. However, it was when he turned to acting that he really started to shine.

Although Tatum is a super-big Hollywood star, he’s not afraid to change things up a bit and have some fun in the name of comedy. One of his most popular performances was on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.” When Channing Tatum comes out dressed in a dress and a long brown wig, the audience goes crazy when they recognize them. They’re performing Fallon’s popular teen girl talk show, a fan-favorite segment called “Ew.” The audience thinks it’s hilarious to see Channing’s muscled-up physique squeezed into a tube-top dress and skin-tight bolero, but he is committed to the Valley Girl performance.
