There are many game shows that have crossed our path over the years. If you have been around for a few decades and have watched game shows in the past, you probably have seen some fairly decent shows come and go during that time as well. I’ll be the first one to admit that not every show deserves to stick around for many years but on occasion, there are shows that just seem to stand the test of time. They may even become iconic because they stick around for so long. One of the game shows that falls into that category is Jeopardy.
Jeopardy is a relatively simple game show to understand. The host of the show, Alex Trebek, gives the answer to a question and then the contestant needs to give the question itself and needs to phrase it in the form of a question. Not only is the show iconic, we also often use the music from the show to signify that we are waiting for something to occur. The show has been around for many decades and it tends to be relatively serious. After all, there is a lot of money on the line in most of the episodes but as you are about to see, not everything goes as planned. In fact, there are some downright hilarious moments that may take place in the background.
Although the bloopers from Jeopardy don’t typically make it past the cutting room floor, that doesn’t mean that they aren’t funny to watch. As you see the bloopers in the video below, you will realize that there is more to the show than what meets the eye. In fact, it may just make you want to watch the show all over again.
Some of the classic bloopers include when Wolf Blitzer, who should be fairly knowledgeable on most subjects, blew many of the questions he was asked. There are also other funny moments that you are sure to find priceless. Watch it for yourself in this video:
