Ariana Grande is without question one of the most talented young singers in the business today. There are many different types of singers, but few belong to an elite class of singers such as Mariah Carey, who has an octave range close enough to be almost inhuman. Ariana has a four-octave soprano range, which is just under Carey, and she has the whistle register, which is considered the highest register a human voice can achieve. But she can also do something that most singers can not do. She can imitate other great singers, down to perfection. It’s really a spooky gift, Ariana even imitates the little nuanced notes that are hard to duplicate. This fact alone tells you that she’s either born with that natural ability or has worked insanely hard to develop it.
Either way, Ariana is an insanely amazing singer who’s making waves and racking up awards left and right. At age 26, she’s been in the music business for 12 years and has already earned a Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album and has earned a total of 11 nominations. And while success didn’t come straight away in her career, Grande’s devotion to her craft his paying off big time these days! In this video, we see Grande appearing in a Saturday Night Live Skit in which she plays a shy and awkward intern named Chloe, who worked for a company called Title Music Streaming.

In the skit, the power goes out, and several music channels go down. The manager hears about Chloe’s hidden musical impressions talent and urges her to save the day by singing parts of songs by popular artists such as Britney Spears, Shakira, and Rihanna. Chloe manages to perfectly replicate each singer’s voice with astounding accuracy. However, the funniest part is when they mentioned that the Ariana Grande channel was down; her answer was priceless!
