Country Line Dancers Cross The Line And Dance To The Hip-Hop Version Of ‘The Wobble’

Dancing is something that many of us enjoy but not all of us have the ability to do it on a professional level. There are also some people who are very talented at dancing but they don’t compete professionally. That doesn’t mean, however, that they aren’t able to enjoy it on a regular basis and they may even join a group of others who have the same love of dancing that they have. These groups may perform in many different ways but for those who love country music, line dancing is often the option that they choose. It’s a very interesting type of dance to watch and it also can be a lot of fun to do.

The Git up is a very popular dance song released by Blanco Brown and ever since that time, we have seen a number of other hip-hop artists who try to make the crossover to country music. One of the songs that was able to successfully bring country and hip-hop together was the Wobble. Although you might think of these two different types of music as being so different that they would never mix and match, the styles are not so different after all. It’s easy to see when you watch a group of country line dancers trying their hand at this hip-hop song. You might not think that it would work very well but it’s actually a lot of fun to watch.

In order to enjoy line dancing, you need to have a number of things in place. Typically, it requires someplace that is able to play country music loud and an open dance floor that allows a lot of movement. A country and western bar may be the perfect choice because there could be a dozen people or more by the time the group gets together. There also tends to be a lot of cowboy boots, hats and Western shirts.

In the video you see the group of dancers is doing a phenomenal job of keeping up with the beat of the music. Some of the dancers even drop to the floor and start doing a little impromptu dancing. Although this is likely not the song of their choice for the most part, it is great to watch them cross the boundary and do something interesting. See it for yourself in this video:
