Tiny Parrot Throws A Huge Tantrum When His Human Says She Is Heading Out

If there is one thing I think all of us can appreciate, it’s the fact that kids have a love for their mother. They take that love and then couple it with a desire of wanting to be with the mother on an ongoing basis, and it is really something touching to see. It’s something that a child has built into them and they don’t need anyone to teach them how to care about their parents. Although the attachment may come and go over the years, it’s something that is built up from the very start and it never really goes away.

It seems as if this is something that is not only true of humans, it is also true in the animal kingdom as well. For example, if you have a pet in your home, you already know that they absolutely can’t stand to see you go away. Just walking out to the mailbox and coming back a few minutes later is often enough to send your dog bounding across the room with their tail wagging to greet you. Even birds can get quite an attachment to their parents, and you can see that clearly in the case of Milo, the Indian ringneck parrot.

When Milo’s human mother said that she was going out for a little while, it was more than the little bird could take. I think his heart was breaking when suddenly, he was throwing a fit that would’ve made any human child proud. It’s very funny to see.

You can watch it for yourself in the video below but don’t forget to watch the video after it, because you see that Milo calms down and is loving life when given a piece of popcorn.
