There are many of us that have an animal in our lives. Typically, it is a dog or cat but sometimes, it can be both. Although there has been an ongoing debate about the struggle between cats and dogs, those of us who have different species under the same roof recognize that they can get along quite well. They may have difficulties every once in a while but in the end, they are really just being siblings.
The cat in this video was doing what they do best, they were coming in through the pet door. It seems like such a convenience to allow your pet to go in and out at will. Something that most pet owners don’t think about, however, is the fact that it is also opening the opportunity for other animals to come inside as well. Sometimes it may be another cat and at other times, it could be a raccoon or perhaps a skunk. When something followed this cat through the door, however, nobody was expecting to see what they saw.
When you see this video, you are sure to feel a little twinge in your heart. It is very beautiful to see these two animals getting along so well together. That being said, it is also quite unexpected and you really have to wonder how they ended up as friends in the first place. Perhaps the feline was out for a walk in the countryside and this little animal saw him and decided they would tag along. Then again, there may be a more interesting story.
When the little fawn came in through the pet door, it may or may not have taken everyone by surprise. It might be possible that the homeowners were actually caretakers for wildlife that needed a place to stay until they were able to get back on their feet again. Regardless of why it happened, it is one of the most adorable things you will see all day.
