Nonalcoholic Beer For Dogs Is A Real Thing Now So You’ll Always Have A Drinking Buddy

There are many things to enjoy in life but sometimes it is the ‘little things’ that can really make a difference. For example, when we come home after a difficult day at work and find our dog waiting for us at the door, it puts a smile on our face unlike anything else. Something else that we may enjoy after a long day at work is a nice, cold beer. It helps to cool us down and puts us in the right frame of mind for the rest of the evening. As it turns out, you can now enjoy both at the same time in a rather unique way.

Thanks to the creators of Good Boy Dog Beer, Megan and Steve Long, you now have a built-in drinking buddy in the form of your furry friend. Rather than just sitting on the couch and letting your dog watch you enjoy an icy cold one, you can open one up for them and let them enjoy it as well. Life has just taken a turn for the better.

The craft beer was created after Megan and Steve Long had a Rottweiler who developed stomach issues and food allergies. They tried giving him homemade treats to manage his diet and eventually they thought about creating a line of specialty beers for dogs.

Megan explains: “We needed to give him the vitamins and proteins that he still needed in a liquid form.”

“We talked to our vet, and our vet said the best, easiest thing to do was to just start making his own food and treats.”

The ingredients in the beer for dogs is rather unique. It includes herbs, spices, vegetables, pork and chicken. Not only is it delicious in their opinion, but it is also healthy.

We can almost see it unfolding in front of us. We come in after a difficult day when the weather is hot and we wish that we had somebody to sit with us and enjoy a cold beer. Thanks to Good Boy Dog Beer, it no longer has to be a dream, it is a reality.

You can buy the beers in four flavors, pork-based IPA Lot in the Yard, chicken-based Mailman Malt Licker, vegetable flavoured Session Squirrel, and peanut-based Crotch Sniffin’ Ale.

As you can imagine the beers are a huge hit so they are now upscaling the operation. If you are interested in sharing a beer with your dog, check out their website.
