When summertime is here and the weather is warm, one of the most enjoyable things we can possibly do is jump in the swimming pool to cool down. It doesn’t matter if you happen to have a pool backyard or if you are just visiting somewhere with a swimming pool, such as a Lodge or other vacation destination, it’s an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon. Some people even have a swimming pool put into their yard so that they can enjoy it anytime they like. Let’s face it, swimming pools make being outside a lot more fun.
When it comes to enjoying time in the swimming pool, we have choices to make. Although you may decide that being out there on your own is right up your alley, there is also something nice about spending time with friends. We may even be enjoying a nice swim in the pool when somebody unexpected shows up and joins in the fun. Apparently, that is what happened at this Lodge in Botswana. The entire family spent the day out on a safari and they were tired and ready for a break. The swimming pool was just too enjoyable to ignore.
When the family was swimming, you probably can only imagine how good it felt to everyone. That was especially true when it came to those who had been outside in the heat all day. Cooling down in the water allows you to enjoy the evening much better.
Although the family was enjoying the time in the swimming pool, an unexpected guest would soon break into their moment by walking up to the pool unexpectedly. It wasn’t any other guests at the lodge, it was a large elephant! It seemed as if the people in the swimming pool were all too happy to have him there but they were probably happy when he left as well. You could see it for yourself in the following video:
