There are many things we may love about children, and there are some duties that we have to perform with children that sometimes, are not the easiest to do. This sometimes includes giving a child a bath. It doesn’t matter if they want to be in the bath or not, there are always going to be unpredictable events that take place. Some of these may be frustrating when they first happen but once we get through them, we realized that it made a memory that we will carry with us for a lifetime.
As it turns out, it’s not only human children that have difficulty when it comes to bathtime, it is sometimes the little ones in the animal kingdom as well. It’s easy to see that is true when you see the following footage from Elephantstay in Ayutthaya, Thailand located at the Royal Elephant Kraal & Village. Obviously, giving an elephant a bath is not always going to go exactly as planned and the nonprofit organization that dedicates itself to rescuing elephants is doing its best to get through the project unscathed.
The baby elephant is absolutely hilarious as it does its best to stay on target while the bath is taking place. Obviously, things get a little bit awkward during the bathing process, but it doesn’t deter the man from continuing to work hard and keeping the elephant clean.
The mother isn’t very far away and she is only temporarily tied so she can be near the baby. She doesn’t want the baby to freak out but nobody wants the mother to freak out, because she is exceptionally large. Other people even step in to help bathe the baby elephant and I’m sure that was a privilege they will appreciate for a lifetime.
