The Super Bowl is undoubtedly the biggest game of the year for that professional sport. There is always going to be a winner and a loser in the contest, and the Kansas City Chiefs came out on the lower end.
This was not only a defeat by the Philadelphia Eagles, the Kansas City Chiefs were somewhat embarrassed because the win was so decisive. And the entire team likely felt the pressure on this one, but Travis Kelce seemed to have a particularly difficult time.
Prior to the game, the Kansas City Chiefs were the favorites but it didn’t quite turn out that way. Travis was even rumored to be prepared to propose to Taylor Swift after they won the big game.
After they lost to the Eagles, 40 to 22 the cameras zoomed in on Travis and he appeared to be very emotional. It was not only the loss, but he may have had plans that were adjusted as well.
Speculations and rumors were flying that Travis might get down on one knee and propose to Taylor Swift after winning three Super Bowls in a row with the Chiefs. There was another rumor that it was going to be his final game in the NFL.
On February 3, they asked him during a press conference where he would be in three years. He replied: “Hopefully still playing football. I love doing this. I love coming into work every day. I feel like I still got a lot of good football left in me.”

He continued: “We’ll see what happens. I know I’ve been setting myself up for other opportunities in my life. That’s always been the goal, knowing that football only lasts for so long.
“For the most part, I’m planning on being a Kansas City Chief and playing football.”
Travis did miss his opportunity to win three consecutive Super Bowls but at least his team was there for the big game three years.
It was also a difficult night for his girlfriend, Taylor Swift. The 35-year-old star was booed by a large portion of the crowd, which seemed to confuse her.
Many thought that it was because she was from the Philadelphia area and Eagles fans were not happy with it. Others had their own opinion on the subject.
