There are many different talent shows on television these days, but one of the most popular is The Voice. In this unique show, the judges are not facing the contestants and they give their approval by spinning their chairs around to view them directly as they perform.
The Voice is played in many different countries, including The Voice Australia. You never quite know what to expect when it comes to the talent that shows up on these talent shows, and the judges were surprised when 18-year-old Harrison Crag showed up.
Craig, who is from Melbourne, auditioned for the show and both the audience and the judges were absolutely stunned by his impressive voice. When they posted it on YouTube, more than 54 million people tuned in to watch it, either for the first time or to watch it multiple times.
It wasn’t just the ability that he had to sing, he also has to overcome a stutter. He told the judges that in primary school, he got picked on a lot.
When you hear him singing, the stutter absolutely disappears. His voice is smooth and silky and he has a classical pop ability that makes him stand out. For his performance, he chose ‘Broken Vow’ by Josh Groban and Andrea Bocelli.
Almost immediately after he started singing the judge’s seats began spinning around. One of the judges did keep the tension going for a while before hitting the buzzer, but he deserved to have them spinning around immediately.
