When Adam Lambert became famous worldwide, he took on the persona of being a rock star. This is something that we have come to expect from him, but sometimes he may change that image.
We saw this recently when he took off that rock star persona and became more intimate in his performance. Rather than being dressed up in something that really stole the show, he sang his song, ‘Feel Something’ and he seemed vulnerable when doing so.
When you contrast where he usually is on the energy scale with his usual rock performances, this was a moment that really showed us something special about the singer. There was an honesty in his voice and performance that caused people to stand up and take notice.
Perhaps it was because it was his song and the words meant something special to him or maybe, it was just because he has that softer side but we don’t often get to see it. In any case, you can hear in his voice that he has a personal connection and the audience could no doubt feel it as well.
Rather than relying on glitz and glamour, he was relaxed and allowed the emotion of the moment to shine through. Quite honestly, fans couldn’t get enough of it, and we are loving the video.
